The lump is like a pimple except I am sure it is not, but it kinda resembles a bad one,and its sorta whitish color on the whole top of it.But I am pregnant so I am wondering if it is just a milk gland or something.It is sore to the touch too.Anyone help? **edited by moderator ** e-mails not allowed...

One swollen breast

I'm a 44 year old post-menopausal woman who has had one breast become slightly larger and aching. My underarm on the same side also appears to be swollen, but I haven't felt any lumps in either location. Is this something to be concerned about?
