Strange yellow colored liquid coming from my nipple

I'm 13 year old girl and when I squeeze my nipple a yellow colored liquid comes out. It also has a small lump at the end of it too. Is this normal? (I haven't got my period yet)

so i did some research after i found these bumps on my nipples. before i did, i popped them and puss came out but now they are kind of scabbed/scarred and aren't healing. any advice? im feeling very self concious.

BREASTS REALLY HURT

on the sides near my armpits... they are really hard too. I just had my period over two weeks ago, breast pain is normal but my period was so recent! I did have intercourse but there was a condom and pulling out involved i am 20.... i don't know how it'd be possible i was pregnant...
