boobs very sore for 3 days

my boobs have been very sore for 3 days and the second day they were sore , my nipples got very hard and then on the 3rd day my nipples has gotten bigger around my boob. I am sexually active and I am not suppose to have my period for another 2-3 weeks. I sexually active.
