I heard that in extreme sex conditons or during a womens pregnancy period or during manipulation with the fingers, the nipples can come out of their outer skin covering while exposing the inner nipple which is extremely sensitive, just like a mens penis skin retracts backwards.

I tried it but its not happening with me. My close friend says she once managed to do it to hers.

How true is this fact??
