Is it natural to have one nipple more sensitive than the other?

Jus wondering is natural to have one nipple more sensitive than the other and to also have bumps on one and not the other.Please let me know because i cant stand it.It drives me crazy!!!!.....Is there something i can do in order to fix it or treat it?

I hope someone can help me. I had a horrible rash on both breast for a few days (like a bad heat rash). My left healed but my right got worse,inflammed and swollen with heat and bumps.
