radiotherapy medication injections

Has anyone ever heard of this form of lung cancer treatment? If so, is it safe for elderly persons with a heart condition? Just looking for ideas on the best treatment for stage one lung cancer in my dad. Surgery is out. And chemo and regular radiotherapy may be too harsh. Thanks.

Whats the best time to begin chemotherapy?

In the past four months I had lumpectomy surgery then surgery to remove some lymph nodes then surgery to have an IV port installed then a PET and CAT scan. Now it's been over 4 weeks and I am still waiting for chemotherapy to begin. Is it supposed to take this long to begin chemo?
