Hi, folks. I would like to know something. I have read many things about nanoparticles of cadmium selenide. They are used in detecting cancers in early stages and some particles are used for destroying some of cancer cells. I would like to know if they can be used in detection of biomarkers left behind the cancer. Thanks.

Hi, there. I see that you are well informed about nanoparticles. You are right when you talk about nanoparticles. They can be also used for biomarkers. I know that estrogen receptors for breast cancer can be detected in this way. These receptors are very important. Whether they are present or not, the therapy will depend on this. I hope you’ve meant on this when you asked me. I hope this helps. Bye!
