Nicotine causing stomache pains?

Hi, i recently started to smoke cigarettes. i just started really.. after i inhale to get the nicotine nausea or (buzz) i immediately get a stomach ache. And sometimes it so bad i feel as if i have to throw up? What could cause this? Please im desperate for an answer. -Thanks Alot :-)
