exhaustion from marijuana withdrawal and I'm drinking a lot of water

I have been off of marijuana for 3 weeks after very heavy use for the past year or so (I have been a heavy user off and on, mostly on, for 25 years). I am completely exhausted and I am sleeping 9-10 hours a night and drinking lots of water. So so tired, like I haven't slept at all. Any tips?
