My nose is still the same and doctor is telling me it is only a swelling

i have the same problem I have paid about 7500$ my nose is still the same now I'm on 4 the week the doctor says its swelling as well but I can feel the bones I know he's just a liar couldn't do his job correct I'm so depressed and sad I would sue him if it's possible but no ;-(

False self promotion from dr. Calvert

The Calvert team was tipped on who you are and why you are seeking opinions on the Dr. His marketing company are flooding the internet with positive reviews. Any person with a brain will know that there is no 100 % satisfaction from all customers. Unless reviews are false and fabricate.

It has been three weeks since my turbinate surgery and I have "Dry Nose Syndrome"

It has been three weeks since my surgery and I have "Dry Nose Syndrome"  Is this permanent or will normal mucous production return?  I haven't any natural moisture and is painful.  I humidify and moisturize regularly but no results.
