What types of activities will cause a breast augmentation to leak or bust?

I am considering breast augmentation. I am a very active (and clumsy) person. I just wanted to make sure that daily activities such as weight lifting or sex does not put to much strain on the breast. What are the most common reasons for leakage??? Thanks!
