Black scar on my forehead

Actually my skin tone color is different from my forehead tone... It is so black when compared with chiks and face.. A black scar appears on forehead, once I shown to doctor, he given vitamin-d tabs n aloe cream but no use... Sweats will be more in that area also.. What am do?
