I had sex in July 4 times and 3 times in august and unprotective I've had my period and I took a test an they came out negative but now it's November and I feel pregnant but I can't go to the doctors cuz if I'm not I don't want her getting worked up over nothing

i had my tubes tied and cut in 12/09...my periods are always,always, on time. my last period was sept 27-oct 2. i have not had one again and my periods come every 28-30 days.....took a home pregnancy test.....but came back neg.....should i go see a doctor or jus wait to see if it comes?
