mouth watering-early sign?

Dark brown discharge after being a week late for period

I thought i finally got my period after stressing for just over a week but it was just a dark discharge that came and went.... I had been feeling a little different lately so i took three at home pregnancy test and they all were positive.... I am freaking out... Any advice? Thanks
