11 dpo pregnancy test accurate

Is 11 days after 'possible conception' pregnancy test accurate? How early it is accurate? I tested 11 days after and the result was a dark line where the negative would show. There was a second one too, but it was so faint it's almost like my eyes are playing trick. Is this negative result?
