I have been having unprotected sex since 2 months..since Jan 3rd. I (21yrs old) and my bf (now 23) have been using the withdrawal method sometimes, though sometimes he did come in me. I suspected that I would be pregnant in the month of Jan because we had sex for 14 days continuously !!! I had weird feelings then like cramps in stomach and back, so I took a home test on 21st Jan and it came negative. The next day I got my periods which were really cramping (terrible pain) and lasted for 4 1/2 days. I was pretty sure that I wasnt pregnant because the test ead negative and also I got my periods.
Later in Feb, we have had sex on the day I could have ovulated. I have a 28-day cycle and I have regular periods most of the time unless I am under stress. The last time we had sex was on 19th Feb when he did come in me. My periods had to come on 20th Feb but now I am almost 11 days late and no sign of period yet. I have been eating a lot and now nothing seems to be appealing for me. My mouth tastes bitter often and I always eat sugar to get rid of the bitterness. No weight gain but I think due to the eating, my stomach got bigger.
I have taken home tests thrice till now !! One on 27th Feb, second on 1st and the third on 2nd morning...all read negative !!!!
Just now, when I went to the loo, I noticed a drop of blood dripping with mucus (white and slippery). When I cleaned, I saw that it was a quite a big drop of blood and it was bright red in color. I read somewhere that the position of cervix changes during pregnancy and so I put my hand inside, to check for it . Though I couldnt make it out, I found that there is little blood on the inner walls.
I know if it were my periods, the blood should be flowing out but not stay inside. It has been 1 1/2 hours I found the blood. I wanna know your opinions on this -- Do you think this is implantation bleeding ?Do you think taking the test now would give me a positive, considering that this is implantation bleeding ? I have an appointment with my gyn in the mid of next week. Till then, I would be glad if you can temme what you think.
Thanks,
Waiting eagerly and counting on the replies,
Sandra.
P.S : Sorry for keeping this real long but its just that I am apprehensive %-)

It is possible to take a home pregnancy test and get a negative result but still be pregnant. You can't get a false positive but a number of things can cause a false negative. You should go see a doctor and ask them to do a pregnancy test. The ones they do are usually more accurate.
Also, you should not rely on that method to prevent pregnancy. You should be on the pill and use condoms. If you only use one of the two, you can still get pregnant, even if he is "pulling out." Sperm can get pretty creative when it comes to getting you pregnant. If you don't want to get pregnant, listen to someone who is speaking from experience, not some guy that thinks he knows more about your body than you do.
See your doctor and get informed.
