I cry at almost everything, at a parade, if I sing along to a song. When someone wins on the price is right..it doesnt matter...I cry, or leak as I like to call it cuz I try to  hide it as much as I can.  If I see my children do something nice..I cry--I cant even go to my childs classroom or field...

My psychiatrist has prescribed me lithium carbonate for depression and generalised anxiety disorder. I really hope that lithium carbonate will work for me in the long run. I am aware that feeling worse, and being extremely fatigued during the day yet not being able to go to sleep are "normal" side...

I have had the worse luck with finding the right mood stabilizer, that won't make you gain a lot of weight. In addition to needing mood stabilizers, I also suffer from ADHD, but I had that as a child so I learned how to cope with it.
