Hello, I have very serious problem. I believe that my baby sister is thinking about suicide. I talked with her couple of times and she is severely depressed. She refuses to see a doctor or to take meds. I don’t know what to do about her. Help, please!

Hi, I’ve been feeling depressed for some time. I had troubles with my job, constant stress etc. Also I fell back pain, for quite a while, my sister told me to go see a doctor about that. She also said that back pain can also be related to depression.

I am self harmer and I’m not ashamed, but I am when I see some kid waving them about for attention. It makes people think that everyone who self harms only does it for attention….which isn’t always true. I need some help with this, please.
