for about a mounth now i have noticed browney red patches around my testicals i am getting some uncomfuterbale twinges in mt testical tubes but nothing to painfull the patches dont itch or iretate me could you posible give me a clue as to what this is my wife has just had a baby and im relly scared

Medium sized bump on my mom's right side of her forehead could it be cancer?

My mom has had this bump on her forehead for quite awhile it doesn't hurt but she gets very serious headaches and she has no insurance to go to the doctors I'm only 15 but if you think it's cancer I need to get her to go to the doctors she has had cancer before so im scared please help! :(
