For two days, I have been feeling pelvic pressure and had some spotting. I am awaiting some lab results sent in after a pelvic exam and am very worried. Could it be that I am pregnant or is that something that would be seen during the pelvic exam? OH, I haven't missed my period yet. Just three more days until.

You have to understand that there are several things that could cause these problems. I am not really sure if you could be pregnant because you haven’t told us nothing about your sexual activity. I think that you should do the pregnancy test at home and see if this could be the main cause of your problem. Also this could be also caused by birth control pills if you are using any birth control right now. Did you have any problems with your pelvic before? I think that you need to wait for your results and then you will know that is a real cause of your problem.
