I've neve had sex and I've had my period for about 3 years now. Im reallt scared because I have these dark ichy bloches on my vigina for about a year now.. I thought it was nothing serious and that it would go away but it hasn't.. could I have cancer? :-(

Im 15 and i have a lump on my right testicle. It is located on the upper part of the testicle near the epididymis. The actual lump is round and seems to have verticle sides, like a cylinder. Im quite worried and would like to be reassured or advised. thanks in advance.
