My ears hurt

My ears hurt. I gauged up to 1/2 inch to this plastic material that I think bugged my sensitive skin. They're all crusty around the edges and when I scratch it away it hurts really bad, and my fingers get puss on them. It makes me want to cut my ear lobes off because it's so gross.
