I have a lump behind my right earlobe about the size of a pea. I often get them every couple of months. normally they dry up and scab then pus out. this one seems bigger then normal.

i always sleep on my right side and have greasy skin , i often get boils on my neck too. since its been hot where I am laterly i think it could do wiyth me sweating at night.

do you think this is something to worry about? how can i make it go down?

any advice would be great.
