Sleepy all the time, even right after taking a nap, but never take a long nap.

I have trouble staying awake any time I sit down and be still. When I go to bed at night, I can't go to sleep and seem to lose my breath occasionally. If I do go to sleep, I sleep a couple of house and wake up, but I am not rested and still feel sleepy. Feel so tired all the time.
