Hello. I'm 36 year old female and I would like to hear more about this condition I have developed recently. You see, for last six months I'm having these horrible headaches and I don’t know what to do about this. I have tried several medications but nothing seams to help me.
I have talked with one friend of mine who told me that often these medications can't help at all and that I should change my life and eating habits.
I do admit that my eating habits are terrible (eating irregularly, drinking a lot of coffee) but I can't see any connection between this and having frequent headaches.
Please, if someone knows something about this- feel free to write about it.

Hello. I know some facts about this and I will gladly try to explain you what your friend was trying to tell you.
You see, with this improper feeding such as fast food, hotdogs, burgers and drinking a lot of coffee- you can develop one medical condition called toxemia. In this situation- the endocrine glands are called into action to aid in eliminating toxic poisons from the system.
There are three glands which are most important in this- the pituitary, which lies at the base of the brain, the thyroid, situated in the neck, and the adrenals, which fit like a cap over each kidney.
So, I have read that when trying to detoxicate you- they are becoming enlarged. The pituitary gland does not have much room to swell, encased as it is in a bony cup at the base of the skull, directly behind the eyeballs and this pressure can cause you your headaches.
