i was eating lunch at a fuddle in work ate a sour tomato and it felt like my gland went into a spasm, i found by the evening that i could not swallow food but could drink. i called 111 and was told to see my dr. when i could not swallow food i went to a &e where i was told that i had a blocked saliva gland, and was perscribed antibiotics. i went to see my dr and he said that it would go over the weekend, since this time the lump has come up and gone down when i eat. i now have an appointment for maxifaciall at the hospital.
