What is corneal photo ceratitis?

I am a great eco fan and I am very concerned about the entire nature. I am worried by global warming and its effects. There are also many health problems that effect induces, one of those being a corneal photo keratitis. Can you tell me a bit more details about that condition? What is that actually?

Lightheaded All day

Ever since I woke up, Ive felt lightheaded/dizzy especially if i move my eyes left, then right. Earlier, I threw up. I drank a whole bunch of water and i ate so i don't think its that...maybe It's nothing. If anyone has an idea on whats going on, please respond. Thank youuuu.
