Lightheaded All day

Ever since I woke up, Ive felt lightheaded/dizzy especially if i move my eyes left, then right. Earlier, I threw up. I drank a whole bunch of water and i ate so i don't think its that...maybe It's nothing. If anyone has an idea on whats going on, please respond. Thank youuuu.
