Eye Surgery recently, it healed really well, still have a small lump

I was in a very hot room and I noticed I had a circle of pink/red on the right side of both eyes

I was in a very hot room and when I left I noticed I had one perfect circle of pink/red on the right side of both eyes It came out of no where and it hurts..... Is there a reason they are perfect circles and both on the right side of each eye? What is this!?!

Sudden black spots in vision along with a lighthead

This has just started happening this year. I stand up quickly and then all of a sudden I get very lightheaded and I get these black spots in my vision. These spots fade after a few seconds and so does the light head. This has only happened a couple of times but I'm worried. Any help?

inflammation around eyes from sleeping face down

Does anyone know why veins around my eyes swell if I sleep face down? There is a bulging on either eye after sleeping face down so now I have to sleep with my head propped. I recently had a long bout of eye infections.
