weight lifting for firming women s arms

Hi! I am 27 years old female, and I have a problem with my “saggy” arms. I have never been much of a sport type, but it seems to me that I will have to become one, as I need to firm the skin on my arms. I was wondering if weight lifting can help me in any way?

hello! I am a male teenager and most of my friends have already started lifting weights. I would also like to do so, but my parents are against it, saying that I am not fully developed yet, and that weight lifting will influence my growth by stunting it. Is there any truth in their statements?

do you prefer to exercise at home or in the gym? Why?

Hello. I must do something with my looks. I gained too much kilos and I must eliminate that. I was thinking of doing some exercises, but I cannot make up my mind whether to do that in the gym or at home. What do you prefer? Why? I would be very grateful for all your opinions.

will doing pull-ups and using workout machines stunt my growth?

i'm 16, i weigh about 110 pounds and i'm 5 foot 6 inches. i've heard somewhere that pull-ups can make you taller is that true or will it stunt my growth? I work out with machines (no free weights) with nothin more than 60 pounds, will this stunt my growth?

Working Out When Working In Night Shifts !!!

:D Guys I Want to know , When to Work Out in the Day When Doing my Job in Nightshifts !! My timings are from 05:00 pm in the evening to 04:00 am in the morning. I am not able to understand when to go for workouts , I workout for an hour , when should i do that in the remaning time.

barbell rows: upright or bent over?

I am going to the gym. I do it by the doctors advice because I had to strengthen my back muscles. In the gym I got the advice from one guy that a barbell row is excellent exercise for the back. But I am not sure should I do it upright or to bent over?
