Hi, I have been working out for half a year now. The results I have achieved are ok, but I feel I could do much more. There are many workout routines I have been thinking about, but blastyourbench routine has really caught my attention. In fact, a guy at the gym has suggested I try it. He really looks great. What do you think about blastyourbench routine? Is this kind of workout safe?

Blast your bench routine promoters say that with this kind of workout you will achieve amazing results in very short period of time. They say that the trick of this workout is its frequency. Blast your bench workout is done every day. The workout is less demanding, but the frequency is higher. The blast your bench enthusiast say that this method will enable you to drastically build up your muscles in less than one month. I personally am a little bit skeptic when it comes to these kinds of workout programs. I don’t believe it is safe for you to build up more than fifty pounds of muscle weight in less than a month. However, this is only my personal opinion and you shouldn't form your decision solely on this. Talk to few trainers at your and other gyms about blast your bench routine. Professionals will probably have more insight into this matter.
