I am about 5'5 and 14 years old and i weigh 119 pounds. I am trying to loose weight to 112 or 103 for wrestling season which starts in about two or three weeks. So my question is what would be a good diet plan or what would be a good workout plan because i can pretty much keep up with any workout...
