I am about 5'5 and 14 years old and i weigh 119 pounds. I am trying to loose weight to 112 or 103 for wrestling season which starts in about two or three weeks. So my question is what would be a good diet plan or what would be a good workout plan because i can pretty much keep up with any workout and i was wondering which one is better, sprinting or jogging for a long time. Oh and one other thing, i can't eat any cow food (steak,beef,etc) or pig food (pepperoni,sausage,etc.).
