GALLBLADDER REMOVED STILL HAVING PROBLEMS

I had my gallbladder removed last year. Im still having sharp pains on my right side of my back. Some times it really scares me its so sharp. Almost like someone is stabbing me in the lower back. The pain comes and goes. I was just wondering if this is normal after you have surgery.

The front incision under left rib cage is getting better but there seem to be bumps underneath that hurt if I touch them.  Will they go away.  The cut and the outer stitches seem 0K  but the bumps underneath hurt if I touch them.
