I had my gallbladder out 5 days ago and still haven't had a BM or the urge to defecate. It's Sunday so there's no way I Can get ahold of the surgeon. What should I do?

I suspect that I have gallstones, because I keep getting terrible pain where the gallbladder is located. Should I see a doctor about this? Or are there perhaps any herbs that I could start taking to remove any gallstones that I might have? I would appreciate your opinion, suggestions and so on.
