numbness after gallbladder surgery and insomnia

I am having a tingling and numbness in my right arm starting after my gallbladder surgery. It is very noticeable at night when I lay down. Could this be a bloodclot and if not, what could cause this? I can't sleep at night anymore. BarbBe

A lot of times when I eat my stomach would hurt so bad I could`nt hardly breathe. My stomach stay swallon all the time, I look like I`m pregant I have been complaining for over a year to my doctor, and she says this is normal.. This is not normal, can anybody give me any suggestions?? Thanks Susan
