How to reduce Serum ALT level with food / dietary intake

I have normal tests for sugar, cholesterol and Hepatitis B & C. However i have a fatty liver as diagnosed in Ultra Sound (USG). My Serum ALT level is 76 u/L. Please tell me how to reduce it with foods / dietary in-takes.

Sharp pains in right rib cage:/
