My gall bladder

i found out i need my gall bladder taken out but of course i do not have insurance how bad is it if i let it go i still have pain not as bad as when i went in the hospital

AST normal ALT 95 GGTP 316 Have i permanetly damaged my liver ? i read in a medical alaminac (long time ago) that theraputic doses of B vitamins can help the liver - besides quiting drinking what else should i do ?
