Resistance to Malaria

I live in a country where malaria is an endemic but as far as i can remember i have never been sick of it. I do not have sickle cell. Everyone else in my family have had malaria before but i haven't (not that i want to have it). Could there be an explanation to this.

Cirrhosis- abdomen water retention coming back

Anyone had cirrhosis with water gain in the abdomen like I have? Medication took care of it six months ago but seems to be creeping up again. What has anyone done besides go back to the doctor? Restart the meds?

Feeling drugged post-op

I had a lap done 7 days ago. I feel numb and like i am on heavy drugs... the er doc thinksvertigo and gave me antivert. i feel just as bad now just everything quit spinning. please help me, i cry cause im scared.
