i just found out through a cat scan that i have a surgical clip inside of me i had gall bladder surgery over 11 years ago could this cause problems. i have been having sharp pain in my right side doctors don't know whats wrong could this be the reason.

My wife has had her gall bladder removed three days ago and just vomited because of the excruciating pain in her back all the stories I have read In this forum have been very worrying . Would like to know are there any successful outcomes to this operation many thanks. clive
