17 and goin bald!

hey, im a 17 yr old male, ive been losing my hair since i was about 13 now, its gradual, i have a circle on the back of my head and my frontal hair line is receding. is this normal for guys this young to develop this? is there anything i can do to stop it and get my hair back? thx! :>

I was using a leave in product by Head and Shoulders, I believe it was called soothing lotion? Worked really well on the dry flaky areas. Unfortunately I cant find it anywhere. Suggestions for a replacement leave in lotion or treatment of any kind?
