For about a week now I've been getting these very sharp pains in my heart

For about a week now I've been getting these very sharp pains in my heart, when I inhale it hurts so very bad that I stop inhaling. I don't smoke nor am I over weight. It'll happen numerous tunes a day and out of nowhere.. any opinions?
