heartrate around 120 and im loosing my voice

my heartrate has been 120 and under when i get up and move .and i keep loosing my voice when i talk.  i just had aortagram surgery and dr said legs were almost closed off, legs feel better now but i am still haven high heartrate and voice loss , can someone please email me what could be wrong
