Could cardiac ablation cause mitral valve problems?

Hi, good people. I suffer from arrhythmia and my doctor suggested me to try with cardiac ablation. However, I have read somewhere that this procedure could cause mitral valve problems. I wonder if this is true. What can you tell me about this? I would appreciate it. Thanks for all, folks.
