Could aphasia be caused by suffering a heart attack?

My grandma had a heart attack few days ago. I’m afraid that she can suffer from aphasia. Is it possible? I know that stroke is the most common cause of aphasia. But I wondering could aphasia be caused by suffering a heart attack? Anybody who knows something about that? Thanks!

I have painfull fingers
