Hello, I'm a 15 year old guy and I experience these palpitation type feelings.. although I'm not quite sure there Palpitations.
The odd thing is... the thing I feel is triggered during exercise when I jump. The motion of comming down and stopping hitting the floor with my feet sends my heart into an extreme flutter. The only way to describe it other than that is if you picture a fish in water, its normal, but once out of the water it goes out of control.
Once this happends if I sit and relax, it goes away immediatly, but if I continue what I am doing it will continue to flutter... I admit I have a bad diet consisting of alot of coke/chips/not alot of sleep... but does this go deeper than that? Thanks :-)

I forgot to mention a few things... It doesnt happen too often, one a month maybe... sometimes longer. Also before it happends, I can sense it.. my heart begins to beat irregulary, does anyone know or heard of what i'm talking about.. or am I the odd one out.

As I said in another post I too get irregular heart beats and very strange sensations. Stress makes it much worse in my case, as does being ill or having too much coffee. If it were me having what you have, I would go to the Emergency room the next time it happened and get checked out just in case. And before it did, I would go to my doctor as soon as possible, go to a cardiologist and have it checked out. If it isn't harmful then you've lost nothing. If it is, then the sooner it is dealt with the better. I've been several times to the Emergency room, and my doctor says that I am quite right to do so. But luckily so far they've found nothing wrong in my case.
