I have heart failure but it’s not so serious. My doctor thinks that I can be cured. Of course, I can be sure about that but I’m hoping. I will do everything to get my heart function back. I’m wondering what measures should I take after heart failure? Anybody knows?

My heart beats very hard most of the time but not all the time. It may beat hard several times then beats normal, few minutes it will beat hard again.I have never had any heart problems, have a very good diet, am not on any subscriptions.
