I've been getting a mild pain / tightness in the middle of my chest on and off for the last year - I also get a dull pain in the middle of my back and it feels like a nipping feeling at the top of my left arm - Docs think it's a eusophagus problem but I've been in tablets thar reduce acid in my stomach fir a year with no improvement - these problems are worse if I've had a lot to drink the night before but I still get them slightly if I haven't had any alcohol for weeks - it's realy starting to drive ne mad as I haven't felt in good shape for over a year now
