Racing heart and blackouts while playing football

i am 24 and have been having severe chest pain while playing footbal my heart beats around 300 beats a minute and then i get a tight chest and blackout. i have had an ecg and echo cardiogram and treadmill test and they are normal however the problem still persists what could be the cause of this
