Hi! If you have low heartrate, you have bradycardia. You probably will have EKG. If bradycardia is not present at the time you are having an EKG, then you may need a portable electrocardiogram, which is also called Holter monitoring or cardiac event monitoring. During this test, you wear a lightweight device that can record an EKG constantly while you do your usual activities or only when you turn on the device.
