Migrane, hard heartbeat, ribcage hurts

I'm 14 and lately I've been having these huge headaches, I'll get headaches from like 5 pm all the way through to the next day to about the same time. My ribcage has been hurting like crazy. My mom isn't listening whenever I try and tell her what's going on. Does anyone know what this could be?
